Who am I?
I am Anna Durà, nutritionist and dietician specialized in nutrition applied to physical activity and sports.
In addition, I am a basketball player, I have competed in the national category. I don't just work with athletes: I am an athlete. I understand the physical and mental demands of competing, improving your performance and maintaining consistency throughout the season.
My approach is based on current scientific evidence in sports nutrition: macronutrient planning adapted to training load, strategies to optimize body composition without compromising power or speed, and nutritional protocols that promote muscle recovery and reduce fatigue.
Feed your best version
If you play basketball, you know that it is not enough to train more. Jumping higher, arriving earlier on the counterattack, maintaining intensity in the last quarter and recovering well between games also depends on how you eat.
I'm also a player. I know what it's like to train during the week, compete on the weekend, manage accumulated fatigue and want to improve without feeling heavy or slow on the track.
This is where nutrition makes the difference.
Who do I help?
I work especially with athletes who train several times a week and compete, but who are not always clear about what, how much and when to eat to perform at their best. I help amateur basketball players who want to:
Your diet should play on your team.
I don't work with extreme diets or quick solutions. I work with sustainable strategies, adapted to your training and competition calendar, so that you improve without putting your health or performance at risk.
If you want your nutrition to match your effort on the court, I'm here to help.
